You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account and agree to comply with these Terms, all applicable laws, and any additional rules or guidelines published on the Platform at any time.

You Must Not

Account Suspension & Closure Policy

18bdt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time and without prior notice where 18bdt reasonably believes that a breach of these Terms has occurred, or where account closure is required to protect the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other Players.

Grounds for Suspension or Closure by 18bdt

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the one-account policy, age restriction requirements, prohibited conduct rules, and KYC obligations.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, collusion, or any other form of criminal activity.
• Confirmed underage gambling.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity — an account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant; dormant account policies (including any applicable maintenance fees) are published in the Platform's FAQ section.
• At 18bdt's sole discretion, where continued account operation is deemed contrary to responsible gaming principles.

Player-Initiated Account Closure
